Senior Inside Sales Specialist (Based in Kuala Lumpur)

TDCX is seeking a Senior Inside Sales Specialist to manage inbound leads and handle the full sales cycle through onboarding new users.

The ideal candidate is an adept salesperson, capable of engaging in business-level and technical conversations at multiple levels of the organization, including CTO, COO, and CFO. They have experience working with small businesses and an understanding of the buyer journey.

A Vendor Account Executive is used to building value in competitive situations and enjoys working on products that require deep product understanding, combined with technical knowledge.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify high-potential prospective users from inbound leads or outbound lists
  • Own the full sales cycle from lead to close for small/medium businesses
  • Route non-sales leads or specific inbound sales leads to the most appropriate queue based on client's rules while maintaining a premier user experience

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of sales or prospecting experience, preferably at a technology company
  • Ability to understand the client's API and build great relationships with highly technical customers
  • Ability to understand complex requirements and craft custom solutions
  • Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts, and translate them into industry- or business-relevant terms
  • Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities, including comfort with basic modeling
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to operate in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment
  • Strong interest in - and capability with - technology
  • Previous experience with Salesforce
  • Fluency in local market language
