  • Doing SMS and email blasts to gathered leads from online inquiries and walk-ins.
  • Making social media advertisements (Facebook and TikTok account).
  • Delivering agreed sales (MIF) monthly quota.
  • Maintaining and expanding client database within assigned territory.
  • Maintaining product knowledge to be able to present to clients/corporates.
  • Scheduling meetings with prospective customers and building relationships.
  • Understanding the needs of the client.
  • Identifying buyer persona profiles.
  • Coordinating with the sales manager and marketing team.
  • Coordinating with the operations team for product inventory.
  • Maintaining a well-developed pipeline of prospective customers.
  • Retaining solid relationships with existing customers.
  • Meeting weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas.
  • Preparing sales reports.
  • Staying updated with the latest sales trends and practices.
  • Giving in-person product demonstrations to customers when required.
  • Solving customer problems, handling complaints, and getting feedback from customers.
  • Informing the concerned department about feedback.
  • Keeping track of sales activities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree holder of any business course
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas.
  • Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
