1.1 Must be a college graduate of any business course.

1.2 Must have sales experience related to healthcare, particularly dialysis.

1.3 Must possess good verbal and written communication skills.

1. Job Summary

2.1 Experience selling into hemodialysis machines and consumables or related medical equipment.

2.2 Successful track record of sales.

2.3 Highly motivated with excellent communication skills.

2.4 Experience with dialysis equipment is highly desirable but not essential.

1. Duties and Responsibilities

3.1 Develop and implement a territory business plan to meet territory and corporate targets.

3.2 Manage and develop sales activities within the dialysis market for the territory.

3.3 Identify key customers and build solid relationships to promote focus products and the company.

3.4 Understand competitors and monitor market developments; feed information back to the company.

3.5 Identify business opportunities by researching and evaluating sales options.

3.6 Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommend solutions.

3.7 Maintain client relationships by providing support, information, and guidance; propose opportunities for profit and service improvements.

3.8 Plan and propose any appropriate sales/marketing strategies for Management approval.

3.9 Duties are not exclusive; other duties may be assigned as needed and may be revised.

1. Salary Range

Php 20,000 base salary plus actual reimbursement for transportation (gas, tolls) with food reimbursement.

1. Job Location (Field work)

Priority sales areas: Manila and Rizal; Cavite and Lower Laguna.

Additional areas: Camarines Sur, Camarines Norte, Albay; Nueva Ecija, Nueva Vizcaya; Isabela, Quirino, Ifugao, Cagayan; Ilocos Sur, Norte, Abra.

1. Work Schedule

40 hours per week (Monday – Friday).
