We’re looking for an Outbound Caller to join our strong data operations team in the Philippines You’ll play a vital role in recruiting and engaging participants for neuroscience experiments, managing communication channels, and ensuring a smooth and positive participant experience. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to groundbreaking research while working with a collaborative and innovative team. Responsibilities Recruit and screen participants, schedule and confirm sessions Communicate via calls, texts, and emails to ensure attendance and retention Manage participant data and scheduling using CRM systems Monitor communication channels and respond promptly Serve as the main contact for participants and support team recruitment goals Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; confident and persuasive Clear and engaging communicator, both written and verbal Energetic, organized, and detail-oriented multitasker Fluent in English and Filipino; proactive and results-driven Creative problem-solver and collaborative team player Experience in sales, recruitment, or customer engagement (a plus) Comfortable using software and CRM systems (a plus) Benefits SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG Paid leaves (Maternity, Paternity, Solo Parent, Women’s Special Leave, Violence Against Women Leave) Service Incentive Leave (5 days after 1 year) This is a full-time, on-site position based in Quezon City.
