Global People Services is responsible for transforming the global HR organization into a new operational model based on simplified standards, ways of working, and platforms. To support this transition, we are seeking a Data Management Reporting Analyst who will support the Global People Services organization in delivering management information and reporting tasks. The role involves providing (senior) stakeholders with solutions and insights to facilitate better, fact-based decision-making.
The ideal candidate is comfortable handling and analyzing complex data, converting it into relevant dashboards, and delivering ad-hoc queries promptly and accurately. Effective presentation of findings will aid stakeholders in decisions related to recruitment, turnover, diversity, engagement, and organizational structures.
In this complex stakeholder environment, prioritization of information and insight needs is crucial. You should be energetic, motivating, capable of working in multidisciplinary virtual teams, and able to work independently, think creatively, and take accountability.
Key Responsibilities- Design, construct, and implement standard reporting solutions based on Workday and other HR applications, including report creation and insights for ad-hoc queries.
- Provide advice on complex reporting questions, dashboards, and benchmarking, including data reconciliation from multiple sources and considerations of data governance, protection, retention, and quality.
- Analyze supplier performance and prepare SLA reporting, monitoring data quality in line with vendor agreements.
- Manage and maintain standardized reporting catalogues and dashboards for specific audiences across ING, monitor usage, evaluate added value, and drive continuous improvements.
- Act as a bridge between GHR and key stakeholders, balancing business needs with technical constraints.
- Proven experience in Business Intelligence and/or advanced reporting, preferably in an international context.
- Ambitious with a willingness to drive change, challenge authority, and strong prioritization and planning skills.
- Outstanding conceptual and analytical skills.
- Results-oriented and solution-driven.
- Experience managing Workday reporting and other HR standard applications.
- Skills in Business Intelligence solutions (e.g., SAP-BO, Power BI, Cognos).
- Familiarity with HR practices, processes, and organizational structures.
- Excellent consultancy skills with the ability to communicate findings and recommendations effectively.
- Understanding of data management roles and responsibilities.
- Team player capable of engaging colleagues and stakeholders through sharing, collaboration, and seeking help.
- Fluent in English (speaking and writing).
