The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with large datasets to support financial decision-making. This role requires strong technical skills, financial knowledge, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Key Responsibilities Collect, clean, and analyze financial data from multiple systems and sources. Maintain and improve financial databases, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. Prepare reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support financial planning and decision-making. Track and analyze key financial metrics, including variance analysis against forecasts and budgets. Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations across financial systems and external providers. Investigate and resolve discrepancies in transactions and balances to ensure data integrity. Collaborate with the Finance, Operations, and Compliance teams on provider onboarding and financial-related concerns. Recommend and implement process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency. Support audits, compliance reviews, and risk management initiatives. Ensure that company funds are accurately tracked, reconciled, and protected. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Accounting, or related field . Proven experience as a Financial Data Analyst, Reconciliation Analyst, or similar role in finance, fintech, crypto, or iGaming. Proficiency in Python , and BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI . Strong understanding of financial principles, reconciliations, and variance analysis . Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills , with the ability to explain financial and technical data to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Business proficiency in written and spoken English . Flexible work schedule to support global operations. Familiarity with NetSuite or similar ERP systems is a plus. Experience with automation initiatives (scripts, workflows, integrations) is an advantage. #J-18808-Ljbffr
