About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Reporting and Data Analyst to join our corporate team. This role is ideal for someone who succeeds on turning data into actionable insights that drive business performance. You'll own data analysis and reporting across multiple systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and clarity in every deliverable.

You will report directly into the Global Head of Marketing and work closely with leadership, sales, marketing, and operations teams, you'll translate complex data into meaningful reports, dashboards, and recommendations that shape business strategy and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Own data analysis and reporting, delivering accurate, actionable insights that support business decision-making.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI and Looker, integrating data from multiple sources.
• Leverage SQL, Python, or R to identify trends, opportunities, and data-driven recommendations.
• Define and uphold data quality, governance, and accuracy standards across systems.
• Partner with key stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into measurable metrics.
• Monitor campaign and operational data to evaluate ROI, conversion rates, and performance benchmarks.
• Perform data validation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of analytics processes.
• Work cross-functionally with teams using tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, GA4, and CrazyEgg/VWO to generate insights and optimise outcomes.

Must-Haves

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and BI tools (Power BI or Looker).
• Strong technical experience with Python or R for data modelling and analysis.
• Hands-on experience with CRM and analytics platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, GA4).
• Proven ability to analyse, interpret, and communicate complex data clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Strong understanding of data governance, integrity, and validation best practices.
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Highly Desirable

  if you have experience working in a corporate or head office environment within a BPO
• Experience with marketing analytics and campaign performance reporting.
• Working knowledge of A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation tools (CrazyEgg, VWO).
• Background in reporting automation and dashboard optimisation.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect data insights to strategic outcomes.

Package:

• Up to PHP 140,000 per month, commensurate with experience and capability.
