Sr. Analyst, HR Data Operations Johnson & Johnson is looking for an experienced HR Data Operations Analyst to join our global services team in Manila, Philippines. The role focuses on maintaining data accuracy and consistency in Workday HR data and supporting complex workforce data analysis and integration processes. Key responsibilities include: Handle high volume, time‑sensitive EIB mass upload data requests, checking compliance with upload policies, validating templates, processing uploads in Workday, and resolving EIB test upload errors. Perform business structure maintenance of positions, supervisory org units, and cost center hierarchy structure. Provide general guidance on Workday transactions, business processes, EIB processes, and templates. Validate and handle requests for data analysis, corrections, and rescinds. Support Global Rewards and Recognition program through mass upload data validation, compliance checks, and processing. Troubleshoot data and business process flow errors, replicate issues in test environment, and analyze results. Support EIB and integration regression testing for biannual Workday Release testing. Monitor integrations and provide error support for Workday‑Taleo, Workday‑Aon, and other connected systems. Analyze complex system change requests from stakeholders and handle end‑to‑end system change requests from draft to production migration. Maintain clear, consistent, and effective communication with all stakeholders. Ad‑hoc responsibilities such as administering system access, training forms, providing demos and training on Workday functionality, updating internal team process documentation, and supporting internal people and product pillars. Continuously learn J&J and Global Services operations and standards, identify areas for improvement on team processes, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree (minimum). 1‑3 years of related experience. Experience with Workday HR System. Experience with case management systems such as Salesforce. Sense of urgency to meet deadlines and cutoffs while considering business need. Professional proficiency in verbal and written English for global stakeholder interaction. Microsoft Excel proficiency, including manipulating data views through filters, pivot, and lookup functions. Confidentiality and sensitivity of HR data. Professionalism and understanding of standard business conduct. Ability to handle ambiguity and fluid situations with pragmatic approaches. Relocation: Johnson & Johnson is preparing to relocate to a new office in BGC, Taguig City tentatively by Q2 2026; the timeline may change based on project developments. #J-18808-Ljbffr
