About The Job
The Reporting Analyst Manager will provide a link between raw enterprise data and management. The ideal candidate will supervise the compiling of daily, weekly, and monthly reports on the Company's performance pertaining to various areas of business including but not limited to Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Support.

As Reporting Analyst Manager, You Will…

  • Develop and manage Reporting Analysts that support various programs
  • Instruct and educate all members of the management team on reporting capabilities
  • Receive requests from multiple programs for data analysis and matrix
  • Design and develop metrics, reports, and analyses to drive key business decisions
  • Extract data from various data sources, including databases and data systems, for reporting and analysis purposes
  • Provide insights to departments on the trends, values, and attributes that emerge from the reports compiled
  • Maintain reports and dashboards to meet the specific needs of the varying departments, teams, and all levels of leadership
  • Provide the company with timely and accurate ad-hoc reports and analysis
  • Keep up to date with the current business model and processes of the company
  • Create custom software to properly present data and make recommendations for new software needs
  • Contribute actively to internal meetings as requested
  • Support additional requests by your manager and perform any other duties which may be assigned
  • Attend weekly, monthly, and quarterly business review as needed

As Reporting Analyst Manager, You Need…

  • Post-secondary degree, or certificate, with a focus on Business Administration (preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years experience within a Reporting Analyst or Business Analyst position (combination of work experience and education will be considered)
  • Superior attention to detail with an eye for accuracy
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team setting within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization and work with a variety of people from diverse backgrounds
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and Outlook
  • Adaptability to learn a variety of software programs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, technical, information-management, and decision-making skills
