Please specify your salary expectation. The Talent Recruiter works as part of the Human Resources Team and reports to the Team Manager. S/He is responsible for finding and attracting qualified applicants for open positions within the organization. Specifically, s/he is responsible for: Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications; Partnering with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies; Proactively sourcing, identifying, and engaging top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, industry events, and professional networks; Utilizing job boards, databases, online employment forums, and social media to pool applicants; Maintaining the organization's applicant tracking system; Conducting interviews and assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best fit vacant positions; Promoting the organization's employment opportunities; Providing recruitment reports to department managers; Ensuring a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback throughout the hiring process; Performing other tasks as assigned. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, preferably in digital marketing or advertising industries. Familiarity with digital marketing roles, including SEO specialists, content creators, graphic designers, and social media managers. Strong knowledge of current recruitment trends, tools, and technologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. Work Conditions Willing to work in EST, CST, and MST time zones. Must follow U.S. Federal and Local Holidays. Must have a conducive work area.
