Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruiter located in Metro Chilanzar. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs. The Recruiter will also be responsible for managing the hiring process, including job posting, screening, and coordinating interviews. Additional tasks may include participating in job fairs and maintaining a candidate database.

Qualifications

  • Sourcing and attracting candidates, job posting, and managing the hiring process
  • Conducting interviews and collaborating with hiring managers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools
  • Experience in a similar role or in HR is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
