We are an established accounting firm looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Team Lead to join our team. This role combines leadership, client service, and hands-on accounting. The successful candidate will supervise senior accountants, manage client deliverables, and ensure the accuracy of financial statements before submission to clients and auditors. About the Role Lead and supervise the accounting team, particularly senior accountants, ensuring quality and timely delivery of work. Review and finalize financial statements (FS) and reports before submission to clients and for audit purposes. Monitor and manage accounting reports and schedules prepared for multiple clients. Provide guidance, training, and support to team members to enhance technical skills and efficiency. Coordinate with clients to address accounting queries and ensure compliance with reporting standards. Assist in improving accounting processes and maintaining best practices within the team. Qualifications Accountancy Graduate (CPA is an advantage but not required). Minimum of 2 years’ experience in accounting, with at least 1 years in a supervisory or lead role. Strong technical knowledge in financial reporting and compliance. Experience in reviewing financial statements and preparing reports for audit. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines effectively.
