Recruitment Lead, Accounting and Finance (WFH and Night Shift) Thrivemodal is a growing offshoring solutions company dedicated to offering staffing services in the outsourcing marketplace. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a seasoned Senior Recruiter specializing in Accounting and Finance, IT, and BPO roles. Role Overview The Recruitment Lead will source, recruit, and hire top‑tier talent to support all of our hiring initiatives, mainly in Accounting and Finance and other BPO or Contact Center roles. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of these fields and proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment within them. Key Responsibilities Source candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals. Conduct thorough screening interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Manage the candidate pipeline and drive the recruitment process from initial contact to offer acceptance. Regularly update all relevant recruitment trackers (Google Sheet, ATS) and systems daily. Facilitate the hiring process and collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders using Google Meet / MS Teams. Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process. Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in accounting and finance recruitment. Assist in developing and implementing recruitment initiatives to enhance the organization’s talent acquisition capabilities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience with a primary focus on Accounting and Finance. Prior experience working as a Team Lead / Senior Recruitment Officer. Strong background in industry KPIs and metrics with a proven track record of meeting monthly hiring targets. Extensive experience in passive sourcing for complex niche roles using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, etc. Experience using JobAdder Applicant Tracking System and other tools including HubSpot CRM. Strong understanding of accounting and finance principles, terminology, and job functions, as well as IT software and hardware requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders. Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines. Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
