
Key Account Manager

Overview To manage the planning, developing, and implementing of key account strategies, support key account group; develop regional key account strategies and plans. Achieve sales volume, availability, distribution, pricing, merchandising and promotional objectives. Implement sales policies and procedures set forth by the management committee. Coordinate with and monitor the progress of the Key Accounts Group in compliance with the set standards and company policies and procedures. Develop and implement strategic account plans with different retailers to achieve sales targets, foster account growth, and identify new business opportunities to drive sales volume, distribution, pricing, margins, merchandising and promotional activities of the brands he/she is assigned to. Responsibilities Collaborate and manage different key accounts assigned to build traction in the different health and beauty products he/she is assigned — partnering with business managers of different retailers to arrive at a solid trade execution that will deliver substantial business growth and drive sales Identify trade, marketing and promotional strategies to build sku assortment and have a strong representation of the brands he/she is assigned to Negotiates for trade margins with new, existing and renewal of accounts and ensures that all components of the value chain are maximized Prepares business plans / reviews which includes bottom and top sales forecast for assigned accounts and co-champions monthly Sales and Marketing meetings to align the organization’s strategy to the growth of the accounts he/she is assigned to Champions healthy customer P&Ls and identifies the right investment model for the account and ensures flawless execution at the point of sale in trade doors both offline and online Plans and strategizes year long campaigns with the accounts he/she is assigned to including animations according to the marketing calendar. Negotiates support and spaces to retailers including rentables, animations and trade support Continuously monitor campaign performance, tracks KPIs and prepares regular reports for top management providing clear insights, industry trends and product performance.
