The role plays a key part in driving revenue growth, market penetration, and customer satisfaction through effective distributor management.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Extensive Sales Experience: A proven track record of success in sales, often with several years of experience in a senior or supervisory sales role. The candidate should have a history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Leadership and Management Skills: The ability to effectively lead, motivate, and coach a diverse sales team. This includes skills in recruiting, training, performance management, and conflict resolution.
  • Strategic Planning: The capacity to develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for a specific region. This involves market analysis, setting realistic sales targets, and creating actionable plans to achieve them.
  • Business Acumen: A deep understanding of the business, including financial principles, budgeting, and the ability to analyze sales data to make informed decisions
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with the sales team, clients, and senior management.
  • Adaptability: The ability to adapt sales strategies and tactics to different local markets and customer segments within the region.
  • Product Knowledge: A thorough understanding of the products or services being sold, including their features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
