We are hiring multiple applicants to be based on the following areas:

  • Region III
  • NCR & South Luzon

Key Responsibilities

  1. Sales Strategy and Goal Setting

  2. Develop, set, and achieve regional sales targets in line with company objectives.

  3. Identify new business opportunities to increase market share and drive growth.
  4. Prepare and manage budgets and sales forecasts.
  5. Implement promotional strategies and sales campaigns to enhance market penetration.
  6. Sales Planning and Execution

  7. Design and execute regional sales plans to drive business success.

  8. Lead sales activities in designated geographical areas, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals.
  9. Build strong customer relationships, focusing on both new customer acquisition and existing customer retention.
  10. Sales Performance Monitoring and Reporting

  11. Monitor and track sales performance against targets, analyzing key metrics to ensure sales objectives are met.

  12. Provide regular performance reports to senior management, including sales trends, forecasts, and market insights.
  13. Oversee day-to-day sales operations, ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of sales activities.
  14. Team Leadership and Development

  15. Manage, motivate, and mentor a team of sales representatives to drive high performance.

  16. Identify training needs and provide ongoing development opportunities for sales staff, including field training and professional development programs.
  17. Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture that aligns with company values.
  18. Customer Acquisition and Retention

  19. Identify new sourcing and partnership opportunities in the market to expand customer base.

  20. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners to ensure long-term business success.
  21. Implement strategies to maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  22. Market and Competitor Analysis

  23. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

  24. Provide actionable insights to the leadership team based on competitive landscape and market conditions.
  25. Adjust strategies in response to market shifts to maintain competitiveness.
  26. Exceptional Customer Service

  27. Ensure that customer service standards are met, providing exceptional service and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

  28. Act as the main point of contact for resolving any escalated customer issues or concerns, ensuring prompt and effective solutions.
  29. Administrative and Reporting Duties

  30. Ensure proper documentation of sales activities and records.

  31. Prepare and present detailed reports to senior management, highlighting successes, challenges, and key performance metrics.
  32. Maintain clear communication with upper management regarding team performance and regional goals.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record of developing and managing high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data, trends, and market dynamics.
  • High level of customer orientation and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Results-driven, with a strong focus on achieving sales targets and business growth.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a graduate of any 4-year degree course.
  • 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience handling a territory in the medical device sales industry.
  • Must have prior supervisory experience and demonstrate leadership capabilities.
  • Must be team-oriented, analytical, and highly organized.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer service-oriented with a strong customer-focused approach.
  • Committed to hard/smart working and continual learning.
  • Ability to manage an area budget and function effectively in a fast-paced, emerging company environment.
  • Must be computer-savvy and proficient in MS applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Must know how to drive a car and possess a valid driver's license.
  • Willing to travel within assigned regions, particularly in NCR & South Luzon or Central Luzon
