Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the production team Ensure timely assembly and finishing of modular cabinets and furniture pieces Monitor quality of output and ensure adherence to specifications and standards Allocate tasks and monitor team performance to meet production targets Interpret work orders, technical drawings, and material requirements Conduct regular inspections of workstations and processes Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies Communicate with supervisors, warehouse, and QA/QC teams for smooth workflow Train and guide team members to improve skills and productivity Report progress, delays, or issues to management regularly Qualifications Proven experience (2-5 years) as a Team Leader or Supervisor in manufacturing or furniture production (modular cabinets, home furnishings, etc.) Strong background in production processes, assembly, and quality control for wood-based or modular furniture Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, cutting lists, and assembly manuals Skilled in supervising production workers, coordinating tasks, and maintaining workflow efficiency Basic proficiency in reporting (daily progress, issues, delays) and inventory coordination Willing to be assigned to project sites or factory floor as needed #J-18808-Ljbffr
