Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the production team
  • Ensure timely assembly and finishing of modular cabinets and furniture pieces
  • Monitor quality of output and ensure adherence to specifications and standards
  • Allocate tasks and monitor team performance to meet production targets
  • Interpret work orders, technical drawings, and material requirements
  • Conduct regular inspections of workstations and processes
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies
  • Communicate with supervisors, warehouse, and QA/QC teams for smooth workflow
  • Train and guide team members to improve skills and productivity
  • Report progress, delays, or issues to management regularly
Qualifications
  • Proven experience (2-5 years) as a Team Leader or Supervisor in manufacturing or furniture production (modular cabinets, home furnishings, etc.)
  • Strong background in production processes, assembly, and quality control for wood-based or modular furniture
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, cutting lists, and assembly manuals
  • Skilled in supervising production workers, coordinating tasks, and maintaining workflow efficiency
  • Basic proficiency in reporting (daily progress, issues, delays) and inventory coordination
  • Willing to be assigned to project sites or factory floor as needed
