Opportunity Overview As a Quality Inspector your roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to: Reading Work Instructions and specifications to ensure that operations meet production standards for incoming, in‑process and outgoing materials and products. Thorough inspections of incoming materials, in‑process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with established quality standards and specifications. Using precision measurement instruments such as calipers and micrometers to assess product dimensions, tolerances, and surface finishes. Recommending any necessary adjustments and changes to production processes. Identifying and documenting any defects, non‑conformities, or deviations from quality standards. Removing products that do not meet production standards and recommending strategies to improve product quality. Accepting or rejecting finished products/assemblies and discussing inspection results with the production team. Preparing detailed reports on inspection results, including non‑conformance issues, corrective actions taken, and quality metrics. Candidate must possess a Vocational Diploma in Electronics or equivalent, a BS Industrial Technology major in Electronics or related course. New graduates are welcome to apply. Experience in electro‑mechanical/electronic assembly is an advantage. Must have good manual dexterity to perform mechanical assembly and wire harnessing. Experience in machine operations and knowledge of handling electrostatic device (ESD) sensitive devices is an advantage. Proficient in computer operation, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, etc.) and familiar with internet‑based program navigation, with the ability to generate and interpret computer data.
