Training Content Engineer (Robotics: Philippines : Cebu) Universal Robots Join the Academy team at Universal Robots as a Training Content Engineer. The role is based in Cebu, Philippines and focuses on designing high‑quality instructor‑led training materials for Universal Robots and MiR collaborative robots. The Position In this role, you’ll spearhead the development of technical training materials that help instructors, users, and partners across Universal Robots and MiR. You will design, develop, update, and validate high‑impact instructor‑led classes and collaborate with engineers, trainers, R&D staff, global partners, and the Academy team. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain hands‑on, instructor‑led training materials for UR cobot applications and MiR autonomous mobile robots. Create train‑the‑trainer materials for courses. Project manage the full lifecycle of developing a new training course, from needs evaluation and technical research to content development, internal/external testing, and administrative rollout across UR/MiR offices and training partners. Align content with global training standards and updates across UR and MiR. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher in Robotics or related subject. Minimum of three years’ experience in the robotics or automation industry. Practical experience deploying Universal Robots or similar collaborative robot systems. Preferably also practical experience with MiR or other AMR systems. Ability to transform complex technical topics into efficient, learner‑friendly training activities. Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken. We Would Also Value Experience designing or delivering technical training. Familiarity with instructional design methods or adult learning principles. Cross‑functional and cross‑cultural collaboration experience in a global organization. As a Person, You Are Logical and structured in your approach to solving problems. Self‑driven and proactive with a strong sense of ownership and follow‑through on deadlines.
