Come for the job, stay for the challenge We are looking for awesome professionals for our # team What you'll be doing Proactively identify and qualify new sales leads through extensive research, networking, and cold outreach Develop and execute effective outreach strategies to engage potential customers and secure meetings Work closely with the sales team to nurture leads and convert them into valuable opportunities Maintain a detailed pipeline of leads and opportunities, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate reporting Continuously research the market, competitors, and industry trends to uncover new sales prospects Contribute to the development of sales collateral and marketing content to support lead generation efforts Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience What we're looking for At least 1-2 years of proven experience in a sales leads generation or business development role, preferably in the information technology or software industry Demonstrated track record of successfully identifying, qualifying, and converting sales leads Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with a wide range of stakeholders Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive informed decisions Proficiency in using sales and marketing tools, such as CRM systems, lead generation platforms, and social media Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented, with a strong drive to succeed Should be willing to work onsite on a shifting in BGC, Taguig Other info: Application Process: 1 Day hiring (Onsite Process depending on the availability of the hiring managers) Work set up: Onsite Schedule: Shifting Salary Range: Your current and expected salary as well as your interview with the hiring managers will be considered for the offer What's in it for you?
