What You’ll Be Doing Research and identify potential leads through online platforms, social media, and networking events Conduct cold calls and send emails to qualify and engage prospects Maintain and organize a database of leads and prospects Collaborate with marketing and executive teams to create effective lead gen strategies Track, analyze, and report lead generation performance metrics Stay current with industry trends and best practices Deliver excellent customer service to prospects and clients Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and generate leads ️ About You 3–5 years of experience in lead generation and sales Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field Proven experience in cold calling and emailing Strong communication and interpersonal skills Skilled in using CRM and lead generation tools Proven ability to develop and implement lead generation strategies Organized, analytical, and data-driven Team player who can also work independently Amenable to work onsite Why Join Us?
