Sales Development Team Lead, Enterprise & Midmarket

Location: Picadilly Star Building, Taguig

Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales Development Team Lead to build and lead a high-performing team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). You will play a key role in developing outbound strategies, generating qualified leads, and driving pipeline growth for an innovative telecommunications partner.

This role combines leadership, coaching, and hands-on prospecting. You will guide your team in achieving targets while contributing directly to lead generation and process improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of SDRs to exceed performance goals.
  • Design and execute outbound sales strategies across calls, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Set KPIs, track performance metrics, and analyze conversion data.
  • Standardize lead qualification and optimize the sales process.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to align outreach and campaign efforts.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (Salesforce).

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in sales development, inside sales, or similar roles.
  • 1+ year in a leadership or team lead position.
  • Strong coaching, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and sales engagement tools (Outreach, Salesloft).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php80, Php100,000.00 per month
