Snapscale is looking for a skilled US Clinic Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in ensuring a seamless patient experience. If you have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for healthcare, we’d love to hear from you Key Responsibilities Verify patient benefits and insurance coverage Reactivate past patients and maintain engagement Answer inbound calls and assist with inquiries Follow up on appointment confirmations and reminders Make outbound calls to leads and potential patients Schedule and reschedule patient appointments efficiently Manage electronic medical records (EMR) Monitor and oversee the clinic’s virtual kiosks Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) Up to PHP 35K package (depending on relevant years of experience) Government-mandated benefits 13th month pay Perfect attendance bonus Other employee incentives Yearly salary increase Free lunch everyday Opportunities for career growth and development Fun and supportive working environment Site Location Requirements Must have experience working with US-based clinics and/or health insurance companies Must have experience in EMR, EHR, insurance verification, patient confirmation, and inbound calling Experience in medical billing and coding is a plus Soft skills such as empathy are essential as you may be talking to people who have medical issues Proficient in both written and verbal English #J-18808-Ljbffr
