Job Description:

The Clinic Nurse provides direct patient care and supports medical staff within a clinical setting. They are responsible for patient assessments, administering medications and injections, assisting in medical procedures, providing health education, and maintaining accurate medical records. The Clinic Nurse ensures a high standard of care and patient satisfaction while adhering to clinical protocols and safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform initial patient assessments, including vital signs and medical history
  • Prepare patients for examinations and assist physicians during procedures
  • Administer medications, immunizations, and injections as prescribed
  • Provide wound care, dressings, and other nursing interventions
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
  • Monitor and report changes in patients' conditions
  • Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment plans
  • Ensure infection control procedures are followed
  • Handle medical supplies inventory and ensure equipment is sterilized and functional
  • Coordinate with other healthcare professionals for patient care continuity
  • Respond to medical emergencies as needed within the scope of nursing practice

Job Qualifications:

· Candidate must be a Registered Nurse (with PRC license)

· Proficiency on any Nursing System (e.g. HIS), BLS/ACLS and other related certification is an advantage

· In-depth knowledge of health of safety guidelines and procedure

· Computer literate: MS Office application – Word, excel, outlook

· Excellent customer service and patient relation skills

· Must be able to work independently, possess high sense of responsibility, good judgement and decision making skills
