Base Salary Structure: Milestone Qualified Calls Booked Base Salary Unlocked Milestone Once you have booked 10 qualified appointments, you will be eligible for training to transition into a closer role. This is an accelerated career path for top-performing SDRs. Closer Compensation: 10% commission on collected invoices over a 3-month period $1,000 one time bonus for any deal closed with an invoice exceeding $15,000 per month Estimated OTE: $60,000–$100,000+ annually (based on consistent performance) Fast-track promotion: Book 10 qualified appointments and you’ll be trained to move into a closing role earning 10% on collected invoices, with $1,000 bonuses on larger deals. Full flexibility: 100% remote, as long as you can overlap EST by ±3 hours. Elite training: Learn real outbound strategy, objection handling, and closing psychology from top performers. What You’ll Do Make 80–120 cold calls a day to targeted eCommerce and SaaS founders. Qualify prospects using our five-point ICP checklist. Log conversations, insights, and objections in the CRM. Hand off qualified leads to our closers with detailed context. Optionally manage email or LinkedIn outreach campaigns for additional exposure.
