What you’ll do: ⭐ Qualify Leads: Engage with inbound leads through emails, chat, and calls to assess their needs and determine their fit for the business. ⭐ Collaborate with AEs: Work closely with Account Executives to ensure qualified leads are effectively handed off for further discussions and deal closure. ⭐ Follow Up: Proactively follow up with prospects and maintain consistent communication to nurture relationships and keep them engaged. ⭐ Manage Communication Channels: Handle a high volume of emails, chats, and other communications with professionalism and efficiency. ⭐ Utilize CRM Tools: Use CRM and sales platforms to organize leads, track sales opportunities, and document all interactions accurately. ⭐ Improve Processes: Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in current processes and recommend improvements to enhance team productivity. Who you are: ⭐ Educational Background: A recognised diploma or degree in a relevant field is preferred, but extensive relevant work experience can substitute for formal qualifications. ⭐ Sales Experience: Ideally, you have 1–2 years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role or a related position. ⭐ English Proficiency: Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential to effectively communicate with UK-based prospects and team members. ⭐ Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tools to manage leads and track performance. ⭐ Self-Starter: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a high level of productivity.
