TARGET START DATE ASAP About the Client: The client is a tech startup specializing in new AI technology, including Agentic AI & Voice AI services. They are a small, dedicated team (currently 3-9 employees) with an in‑house marketing and technology staff. They are seeking a highly capable and autonomous Virtual Assistant (VA) to spearhead their sales development efforts and drive growth. About the Role: They are looking for a top‑quality, intelligent, and tech‑savvy Virtual Assistant to serve as the Business Development Representative (BDR). This role is crucial for ramping up their business by filling their calendar with high‑quality, qualified sales appointments, allowing their core team to focus on closing deals. This is a chance to be a key player in the early growth of a new technology company. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & List Building: Build and maintain targeted lead lists independently, identifying relevant verticals and "big fish" enterprise clients. Utilize industry knowledge (ideally within the tech space) and smart research to continuously qualify and expand the lead database. System access (e.g., Sales Navigator) will be provided. Outreach and Communication: Conduct high-volume cold calling with native fluent accent and strong cultural alignment, effectively navigating gatekeepers and handling objections. Execute online outreach (e.g., LinkedIn Messaging, Emailing) with excellent copywriting skills to initiate conversations and build connections. Engage prospects in a professional, conversational manner that does not sound "scripted." Sales & Scheduling: Qualify leads to ensure only high-potential prospects are booked on the internal team’s calendar. Book appointments calendars and manage the scheduling process using our GoHighLevel CRM. Collaboration: Work closely with the internal team, providing insights on lead development and receiving guidance on outreach strategies. Qualifications & Skills Experience: Proven background in sales and appointment setting; experience as an SDR or BDR is highly desirable as well as Linkedin Sales Navigator. Industry Knowledge: Must be tech-savvy with a strong understanding of the technology sector, ideally with experience working with relevant verticals (e.g., Law firm, Health insurance, Accounting firms). Communication: Fluent, clear, and unaccented English is a strict requirement for effective communication with US-based prospects. Proactiveness: A critical thinker and "go-getter" who can take initiative, build lead lists, and does not require constant micro-management or training "from the ground up." Technical Tools: Familiarity with GoHighLevel CRM is a plus. Must be comfortable utilizing and potentially mastering new AI and sales tools.
