Your Role: As a Market Development Representative , you will: Generate and qualify new sales opportunities to build and maintain a strong pipeline, passing qualified leads to Sales Representatives. Execute outbound campaigns through personalized outreach strategies (email, LinkedIn, and digital touchpoints) to engage decision-makers in advertising, marketing, and media industries. Research target markets, accounts, and buyer personas to build accurate lead lists and tailored prospecting approaches. Manage campaign activities, leads, and outcomes in Salesforce, ensuring data quality and actionable reporting. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to refine messaging, share feedback from prospects, and improve campaign effectiveness. Stay informed about SEBPO’s services, the global BPO market, industry trends, and competitor offerings. What You Need: Proven experience in sales development, lead generation, or outbound prospecting (preferably in the advertising, marketing, or media industries) Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage prospects through digital channels Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar platforms Excellent research and analytical skills for market and account profiling Ability to work independently and thrive in a remote setup Preferred skills/expertise Background in a BPO, marketing, or SaaS environment Knowledge of digital marketing concepts and media industry trends Experience collaborating with global teams across different time zones Strong organizational and reporting abilities Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving lead generation targets About MicroSourcing With over 9,000 professionals across 13 delivery centers, MicroSourcing is the pioneer and largest offshore provider of managed services in the Philippines.
