Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Account Executive , based in Mandaue, Cebu or Quezon City . The Sales Account Executive will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing new business opportunities in the construction industry, specifically in auxiliary systems, electrical, and mechanical works, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications & Responsibilities- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- With 3–5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in auxiliary systems, electrical, or mechanical works.
- Highly networked with developers, contractors, architects, and engineers.
- Strong portfolio of closed projects in vertical and horizontal developments, as well as SMEs.
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets, quotas, and revenue goals.
- Strong understanding of the construction bidding and procurement process.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
- Willing to travel and conduct client/site visits as necessary.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Design & Estimate, Technical, and Project Implementation) to ensure proposals are competitive and client requirements are met.
- Represent Foxcon at industry events, conferences, and exhibits to increase visibility and generate leads.
