About the role
Are you a driven and experienced Sales Account Executive looking to join a rapidly growing logistics company? We are seeking a talented Sales Account Executive to join our dynamic team at ACE TRUCKERS CORP' in Las Pinas City, Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our key client accounts, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.
What you'll be doing
1. Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned accounts
2. Manage and grow existing client relationships through regular communication, needs assessments, and account planning
3. Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
4. Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as operations and customer service to ensure seamless client experiences
5. Provide regular reports and forecasts on sales activity, pipeline, and revenue
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive intelligence, and new product offerings
What we're looking for
1. Minimum 1--3 years of proven experience in a sales or account management role, preferably within the logistics or transportation industry
2. Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
4. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to think strategically
5. Proficient in using CRM systems and data analysis tools to track and report on sales activities
6. A self-motivated, driven, and resourceful individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
