Overview
Remote Production Coordinator at Design Pickle. This role focuses on coordinating a team of creatives, optimizing client production schedules, and ensuring all work is completed on time and to the client\'s satisfaction.
Reports to: Production Specialist. On a daily basis, works closely with Creatives, Quality Specialists, Team Coordinators, and other Production Specialists. Frequent interactions with Customer Success Managers and Customer Support.
Base pay range$19,560.00/yr - $19,620.00/yr
Responsibilities- Coordinate with creatives, manage the client\'s production schedule, and ensure all work is completed on time.
- Monitor the progress of production work and provide regular updates to the client and senior management.
- Provide suggestions and recommendations to Creatives to meet Design Pickle\'s and clients\' quality standards.
- Review sentiment analysis and ticket feedback ratings from customers.
- Collaborate with Quality Specialists to ensure design quality and brand guidelines are met.
- Identify Design Time for all requests assigned to the team in collaboration with Team Coordinators, Quality Specialists, and Production Specialists.
- Keep company notes updated based on client preferences and coordinate updates within the team as needed.
- Passion for Design Pickle\'s purpose: to be the most helpful creative platform in the world.
- In-depth knowledge of the creative development and production process to fulfill creative briefs.
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects concurrently with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in project and relationship management.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities and collaboration across teams.
- Practical understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Acrobat).
- Familiarity with Canva, Figma, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Google Slides.
- Resourceful and self-motivated in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to organize and comprehend project requirements, even when not well-defined.
- Experience with project management platforms.
- Daily client interaction via Slack and Email, with multiple virtual meetings weekly.
- Business-level English and ability to collaborate with cross-functional and international teams, including other Production Coordinators, Quality Specialists, Customer Success Representatives, and Enterprise Level Customers.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines for high-quality work.
- Decision-making, negotiation, and forward-thinking abilities.
- Experience with ticket management tools.
- Proven experience coordinating creative teams, preferably in an agency environment.
- Knowledge of the creative process and what constitutes good creative work.
- Knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
- Experience coordinating creative projects to meet client expectations.
- Familiarity with a creative role is a plus.
- Experience in customer support or client-facing roles.
