Remote VA is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our innovative team in the Computer Hardware industry. As a fully remote position, this role offers the flexibility of working from anywhere while focusing on bringing in top talent to drive our company forward. The Recruitment Specialist will play a crucial role in shaping the workforce of our organization by utilizing a range of sourcing strategies to identify and engage potential candidates for various positions. In this proactive and fast-paced environment, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure the recruitment process aligns with our company's objectives. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of the computer hardware sector, enabling them to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical candidates. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored for the computer hardware industry
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify job requirements and define the ideal candidate profile
  • Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit
  • Manage the applicant tracking system to ensure a smooth hiring process and maintain accurate records
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams, providing timely updates
  • Provide feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process to enhance candidate experience
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience as a recruitment specialist, preferably in the computer hardware or technology sector
  • Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and recruiting databases
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit effectively
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
