Homemaker Furniture is looking for Recruitment Specialist who is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract, screen, and hire qualified candidates. This role involves close collaboration with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and ensure a seamless and effective talent acquisition strategy aligned with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Post job advertisements on internal and external job boards and social media platforms.
  • Source potential candidates through databases, online platforms, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes and applications, and conduct initial interviews (phone, video, or in-person).
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role.
  • Experience using sourcing techniques and recruitment tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php14, Php18,000.00 per month
