Experience: At least 3–5 years of experience in territory sales, account management, or distribution, specifically in construction supplies, FMCG, pharmaceuticals, or chemicals. Expertise: Strong knowledge of distribution management, dealer handling, and route-to-market strategies. Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets. Skills: Excellent negotiation, customer relationship, and communication skills. Mindset: Proactive, target-driven, and able to adapt to a highly competitive environment. Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.
