HR and Admin Assistant Manager

Job Summary The HR and Admin Assistant Manager will serve as the functional lead for Recruitment and Organizational Development (OD/L&D) . This role is crucial in ensuring the organization identifies, attracts, and develops high-potential talent while maintaining robust administrative and employee relations functions. The Assistant Manager will drive an excellent employee experience from the initial hiring process through career progression. Key Responsibilities 1. Recruitment and Onboarding (R&O) End-to-End Talent Acquisition: Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from securing job requisitions and talent sourcing to candidate assessment and final onboarding, ensuring all hires meet both role requirements and organizational fit standards. Documentation and Experience: Oversee the meticulous preparation of pre-employment documentation and 201 files upon onboarding to ensure a seamless and professional new hire experience. Cross-Functional Coordination: Maintain close coordination with the Compensation & Benefits and Admin teams to guarantee proper recording, system integration, and smooth onboarding of all new employees. 2. Organizational Development (OD) and Learning & Development (L&D) OD Leadership: Take the functional lead on Organizational Development initiatives, supporting the HR and Admin Manager in maintaining and updating core OD pillars. Strategic OD Support: Contribute to key strategic initiatives, including the upkeep of the Table of Organization (TO), Key Talent Reviews, Succession Planning, and the execution of Performance Review cycles. Training Implementation: Implement Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and execute priority training programs, focusing on developing and facilitating in-house programs such as New Hires Orientation (NHO). 3. Employee Relations and Administration Contract Management: Oversee all aspects of contracts management, including the preparation and issuance of probationary assessment notices and regularization contracts. Disciplinary Action & Grievances: Take the lead and/or provide essential support to the HR and Admin Manager in managing all disciplinary investigations, cases, and employee grievances, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policy. Employee Engagement: Actively support the HR and Admin Team in planning, organizing, and executing various employee engagement activities and events assigned to the department. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and/or Human Resources Management. Experience: At least five (5) years of relevant progressive Human Resources experience.
