Job Responsibilities Update Government Documents such as Business Permits, Office Permits and Building Permits. Monitor and process monthly billings. Processing of employee benefits documents (SSS, PAG-IBIG, Phil Health and HMO). Handle office stocks replenishment, office and pantry supplies. Facilitate on the sourcing of potential applicants on sites/job Street, Indeed and other Job posting platforms. Facilitates job offer and monitors completion of pre-employment requirements. Facilitate New Employee Orientations (NEO). Handle Timekeeping and monthly Payroll period. Provides Administrative support to ensure efficient operation in the office. Carries out administrative duties such as filing, scanning etc. Supports team by performing tasks related to organization. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Job Qualifications Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology / Human Resource Management. Required Language: English At least 1 year experience in Human Resource Tasks/ HR Admin generalist. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
