IT Service Desk — Key Responsibilities (examples across postings)- Primarily work in a call-center type of work environment

- Experience supporting a distributed/mobile environment
- Technical competence in MS Office and Windows 10
- Experience with Active Directory and Outlook
- Experience supporting mobile devices
- Diploma/degree in Computer Science or IT, or equivalent experience
- ITIL training and Microsoft certifications are assets
- Experience leading a service desk team
- Experience supporting/troubleshooting desktops, laptops, peripherals, and Windows OS
- Knowledge of cloud, VDI, networking, firewall, Exchange, Active Directory, antivirus
- Strong communication, time management, and remote management skills
- Willingness to work 24/7 as needed
- Experience with service desk tooling and escalation management
