  • Diploma/degree in Computer Science or IT, or equivalent experience
  • ITIL training and Microsoft certifications are assets
Service Desk Team Lead — Qualifications
  • Experience leading a service desk team
  • Experience supporting/troubleshooting desktops, laptops, peripherals, and Windows OS
  • Knowledge of cloud, VDI, networking, firewall, Exchange, Active Directory, antivirus
  • Strong communication, time management, and remote management skills
  • Willingness to work 24/7 as needed
  • Experience with service desk tooling and escalation management
