Job Requirements:
Open for undergraduate.
With at least 3 years of experience in customer service in a BPO set up.
Amendable to work onsite in Mactan Cebu.
Amendable to work as soon as possible.

Job Descriptions:
Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally
Maintain customer records and document interactions
Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments or supervisors
Identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions
Gather feedback and report common issues to improve service
