About this role… The Account Development Representative will work with the Business Development team to generate sales leads, schedule appointments for the sales teams, and qualify leads. Responsibilities will also include creating and maintaining email, call and text lists to network with potential clients with the goal of creating interest in the organisation's ecosystem of products. Key Responsibilities: Grow qualified leads for all revenue streams for the company Utilize HubSpot, outbound calling, email and identified tools to generate new opportunities Grow the profile of the organisation and building strong trusting relationships to qualify leads as opportunities Proactively seeking new business opportunities in the market Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and Account Executives Supporting Sales Managers, Account Managers and Account Executives for interstate travel and follow-up Report on Weekly activity KPIs and targets, to your sales Manager Ensure CRM is active and up to date following company processes Engage and work with other sales team members to share leads and business opportunities Clean up and update the data in HubSpot. contacts and companies Qualifications / Skills: Minimum 3 years' working experience in any phone-based role 1-5 years+ experience in a lead nurturing, or customer service or customer escalation related role Experience related to other marketplaces or SAAS would be a distinct advantage. Experience in the construction industry would be an advantage Any experience in various digital platforms and tools advantageous Any experience in CRM reporting tools and templates advantageous Competent level with GSuite or Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) Excellent verbal and written communication Organized and able to meet deadline WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
