Operations Manager | Onsite | Nightshift 4 hours ago Be among the first 25 applicants Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of multiple teams. This key role involves providing leadership and training, ensuring compliance with company standards, and acting as a primary liaison between our teams and our partners. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who is passionate about fostering a positive and professional work environment while improving overall efficiency. Key Responsibilities Supervise and train staff across various departments, offering guidance and assistance to ensure smooth workflows. Oversee daily operations and enforce compliance with company policies and procedures. Act as a liaison between teams to maintain seamless communication and operations. Manage and support key departmental functions, including: Accounts Payable: Review and verify full-cycle AP. MRO Services: Ensure accurate processing of lab test results. Imaging: Handle document imaging and quality assurance. Randoms: Manage rosters and process random selection notifications. Vendor Management: Maintain and update clinic lists, associations, and subaccounts. Provide support for employee onboarding and offboarding. Track and report departmental metrics, such as call volumes and performance reviews. Step in to cover roles during staff absences to maintain business continuity. Qualifications Minimum 3–5 years of management experience, with multi-department oversight preferred. At least 8 years of combined customer service and operational experience in an office environment. Proven experience supporting U.S.-based customers through inbound and outbound calls. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
