We're looking for a results-driven Onsite Sales Representative who is confident, proactive, and experienced in managing leads and pipelines using any CRM platform. Experience with GoHighLevel is a strong plus. If you're motivated, persuasive, and skilled at converting prospects into long-term clients, this role is perfect for you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle onsite sales activities, including client meetings, walk-ins, and scheduled appointments.
  • Manage and update CRM systems with accurate lead and pipeline information.
  • Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls when needed.
  • Identify client needs and offer appropriate solutions or services.
  • Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention and referrals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to enhance sales processes and strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with any CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive, etc.).
  • Experience using GoHighLevel is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work onsite full-time.
  • Goal-oriented, enthusiastic, and able to work with minimal supervision.
