Core Leadership and Development
  • Lead and motivate a team of Business Sales Development Associates to achieve targets.
  • Provide guidance on effective sales techniques and financial planning strategies.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
  • Organize training sessions and workshops to enhance team skills.
  • Foster a collaborative team culture focused on achieving goals.
Sales and Business Development
  • Drive unit sales performance by setting ambitious targets and strategies.
  • Monitor team activities and conversion rates to ensure targets are met.
  • Lead by example in sales meetings and client engagements.
  • Collaborate with the Agency Sales Leader on marketing initiatives.
  • Identify new business opportunities to expand the client base.
Client Relationship Management
  • Assist in building and nurturing client relationships.
  • Participate in client meetings to provide financial advice.
  • Address escalated client inquiries promptly.
  • Conduct periodic portfolio reviews with associates.
  • Maintain high client satisfaction and retention.
Operational Management
  • Oversee daily unit operations and ensure adherence to policies.
  • Monitor budgets, expenses, and revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal departments for compliance.
  • Prepare regular performance reports for management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
Talent Acquisition & Sales Recruitment
  • Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to source, attract, and hire top business sales professionals.
  • Leverage LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and industry networks to build a strong pipeline of high-performing sales talent.
  • Conduct interviews, assessments, and selection processes to ensure candidates align with company goals and culture.
  • Partner with HR and leadership teams to design onboarding and training programs for new hires.
Sales Training & Development
  • Design and deliver comprehensive sales training programs for new and existing business development professionals.
  • Develop engaging training materials, including workshops, e-learning modules, and role-playing exercises.
  • Provide ongoing coaching to enhance sales techniques, negotiation skills, and client relationship management.
Performance Coaching & Sales Enablement
  • Conduct one-on-one and group coaching sessions to improve sales productivity.
  • Monitor and assess sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement best practices for lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.
Experience
  • 2 to 5 years in sales management or related roles.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
  • Knowledge of Philippine financial products and regulations.
  • Experience in developing and executing sales strategies and people management.
  • Capability to manage talent acquisition programs and training and development.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or any related course.
  • Proven track record in sales management, or related roles.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English and Filipino.
  • In-depth knowledge of Philippine financial products, markets, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a drive for continuous improvement.
