Duties and responsibilities

About the role

The Exclusive Networks PH team is looking for a Pre-Sales Engineer to join us in Manila. This role involves providing pre- and post-sales support to our sales team in positioning cybersecurity solutions. We seek engineers with a services-first mindset who can contribute to Exclusive Networks’ success.

As the Pre-Sales Engineer, you will
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements, challenges, and objectives.
  • Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features, functionality, and benefits of our solutions.
  • Translate customer needs into tailored solution designs and proposals aligned with our product portfolio.
  • Assist in the creation and review of RFPs and RFIs by providing technical expertise and input.
  • Engage in technical discussions and solution design sessions with customers, understanding their environment and providing recommendations.
  • Identify and address technical objections, providing appropriate responses and solutions.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product management, and professional services to ensure feasibility and successful implementation of proposed solutions.
  • Conduct product evaluations, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and technical workshops to demonstrate feasibility.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to provide strategic insights.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of training programs for sales teams to enhance product knowledge and solution selling skills.
  • Work with the Pre-Sales Team Lead and colleagues to achieve goals and KPIs.

The Ideal Pre-Sales Engineer

  • Review project SOW with presales, sales team or post-sales lead
  • Conduct project kickoff and discuss prerequisites
  • Conduct project implementation and configuration vs agreed SOW and timeline
  • Provide activity reports vs project progress
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing of completed projects
  • Conduct knowledge transfer of completed projects
  • Provide as-built documentation of completed projects
  • Provide L1-L2 after-sales support via agreed SLA
  • Coordinate support for L3 TAC support
