
Pre Sales Supervisor

PURPOSE (why does the position exist, WITH what objectives and WITHIN what limits)
This key role will involve understanding client needs and developing customized technical solutions through compelling presentations. He will ensure our proposed solutions are practical and directly address the unique requirements of each customer.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education: Minimum Educational Qualifications for this position:
5 Year Course-BS IT, Computer Science, Electronics and Communications Engineer ,Electrical Engineer.
Relevant Experience:
Minimum 3 Years Experience as Presales, Network Engineer in Systems Integration Company, Multinational Brand company (technology vendors), and Telecom companies.
Business Understanding:
He needs to understand business requirements and objectives to effectively design, implement, and manage networks that support the organization's goals. This involves understanding the business's needs, constraints, and expectations, and translating those into technical solutions.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Tasks/Responsibilities:
Identify the Prospect/client requirement/s.
Number of Prospects that are in the engagement, closing process. Number of clients with tech refresh, enhancement/upgrading of current setup.
Product Mix/Match
No. of Projects that are well suited to prospect/clients requirements. Able to identify the solution by combining hardware, software and services offered by the company.
Presentations and Proposals that were generated for the prospect/client.
Evaluate Products, Technology and Services as a Solution
Produce reports on the following areas:
- Comparative report with other brands/competition
- Compatibility with the existing product/s of the prospect/customer.
Understanding the Gartner quadrant (this will help in assessing if the company is offering the best product/services in the market.
Presales Pitch aligned with the Sales Team
Quantitative and Qualitative
- Presales is not a standalone. He/She must always be reminded of the following:
- Sales Goal/s
Collaborate with the different team within the organization and external partners (vendors and affiliates)
Create a "Winning Strategy"
Pre-closing and Closing deals.
Knowledge with Network Design and Implementation and Smart City Projects.
Overseeing pre-sales projects and ensuring timely delivery
Conducting product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
Developing and implementing pre-sales strategies to support sales objectives. Working collaboratively with the sales team to ensure alignment and achieve sales goals.
