Asiatel Outsourcing is a BPO company in the Philippines with 19 years of experience. As part of our continued growth, we are opening opportunities to integrate AI-driven initiatives. We are currently in partnership with one of the leading AI-native workflow automation companies in Singapore. As part of our strategy, we are seeking someone with strong sales experience—not just in traditional sales, but with proven expertise in selling AI solutions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to understand customer needs and deliver tailored SaaS product demonstrations.
  • Own the technical aspects of the sales cycle, including solution design, security reviews, integration discussions, and cloud architecture alignment.
  • Lead Proof-of-Concept (PoC) and pilot implementations to showcase product capabilities in real-world enterprise environments.
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor to prospects, addressing questions around architecture, APIs, SaaS scalability, and data security.
  • Provide customer feedback to product and engineering teams to help guide roadmap decisions.
  • Create and maintain reusable sales assets such as demo environments, solution diagrams, and technical FAQs.
  • Occasionally support RFP/RFI responses with technical input.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices, templates, and tools to streamline the implementation and delivery process.
  • Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clients to ensure continued satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional value or upsell.
  • Demonstrate the company’s AI-powered solutions and articulate how AI (LLMs, vLMs, and automation technologies) solve real-world business challenges.
  • Educate prospects on AI use cases, benefits, and adoption strategies, tailoring presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
  • Proven experience in a Pre-Sales, Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or related technical customer-facing role, ideally in a SaaS or early-stage product company.
  • Strong understanding of on-premise and cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), APIs, and web applications.
  • Exposure to SaaS platforms, cloud-native solutions, and enterprise IT environments.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messages to both technical and business audiences.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Exposure to or strong interest in AI/ML technologies, with the ability to explain concepts such as LLMs, OCR, and workflow automation in a business context.
  • SaaS and cloud expertise (AWS, Azure, GCP) combined with familiarity in integrating AI-driven solutions.
