Key Accounts Manager

What You’ll Do: Manage and grow key accounts in Cebu and nearby Visayas areas (modern trade, beauty outlets, distributors, and retailers). Develop and implement sales and promotional plans to achieve monthly sales targets. Build strong relationships with clients and ensure timely delivery, display compliance, and payment collection. Coordinate with Marketing and Supply Chain for product launches, merchandising, and stock availability. Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field. At least 3 years of experience in Key Account Management or Sales , ideally in FMCG or cosmetics/personal care . Strong negotiation and communication skills. Results-driven, organized, and able to work independently. Willing to travel within Cebu and nearby provinces. With existing network in modern trade or distribution (an advantage). #J-18808-Ljbffr
