Key Accounts Manager

The Key Accounts Manager oversees sales retention of current Hotel accounts and grows the current base portfolio through cross-selling and upselling of Pay TV and Broadband products.
The successful candidate shall also manage accounts receivable, collections of current and future Hotel customers. He / She will acquire new customers from the same industry and must do forecasting of new hotel inventory in the assigned area. He / She shall ensure consistent revenue growth by planning, developing, executing initiatives, managing accounts, as well as identifying objectives, strategies, and action plans to enhance both short-term and long-term sales and revenue growth.
Other REQUIREMENTS include the following:
Effectively manages portfolio growth, revenue targets, and client engagement, which includes work planning, performance management.
Translates and implements sales and collection objectives in alignment with senior management by ensuring that the overall sales strategy is executed as planned.
Conducts cross-functional collaboration to influence the continuous improvement of company policies and processes, ensuring a synchronized approach to achieving sales targets, while fostering a culture of teamwork and cooperation within the organization.
Builds and maintains relationships with key customers, strategic partners, and stakeholders by engaging in effective negotiations, participating in business development activities to ensure a positive customer experience, and supporting sales growth.
Effectively conducts cycle meetings with Sales Heads, identifies promising opportunities and potential challenges to achieve sales revenue growth in the assigned industry while ensuring alignment with standards and policies.
To succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, IT-related courses, or any equivalent.
Minimum Three (3) years Sales experience with a minimum of (2) years at a managerial/supervisory level. Experience in the Telecoms industry is an advantage.
Strategic execution; executes the sales strategies and plans developed; works closely with the Head Of Sales to ensure that the overall sales strategy is effectively implemented within the assigned area.
Strong leadership skills with relationship-building capabilities to inspire teammates towards achieving organizational goals
Effective communication and presentation skills to convey ideas, information, and strategies to the team and stakeholders.
Negotiation and conceptual expertise, can handle C-levels of any organization
With a pleasing and adaptable personality
