Ensure training programs comply with company standards and safety policies. Encourage a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in any related field. Proven experience as a Soft Skills Trainer, preferably in the construction or manufacturing industry. Strong knowledge of construction business operations and workplace challenges. Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. Ability to engage employees at all levels, from laborers to supervisors. Creative, adaptable, and proactive approach to training. Familiarity with adult learning principles and training evaluation methods. Very good in Microsoft office application (Power point, Excel, Word) Knowledgeable in Canva application. #J-18808-Ljbffr
