  • Issuance of Memos
  • Strict compliance of Company Policies
  • Sourcing and Recruitment
  • Job Description Preparation, posting Ads, and managing hiring process
  • Initial and Exit interview
  • Orientation, Training and Development Programs
  • Policies and Procedures of each department
  • Legal Requirements
  • Strict implementation of Disciplinary and Grievances Issues
  • Timekeeping Input
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
  • Previous experience in administrative role, preferably in HR.
  • Knowledgeable in HR Policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Knowledgeable in processing legal requirements.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel).
  • Ability to work well independently and in a team.
