Office Engineer

We are looking for a detail-oriented Office Engineer to support our construction projects by handling project documentation, coordination, and site requirements. The role requires flexibility to travel to project sites when needed, so the candidate must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive both 2-wheel and 4-wheel vehicles . Key Responsibilities Prepare, organize, and maintain project documents, contracts, and reports. Assist the Project Manager and Site Engineers in monitoring project progress. Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and site personnel. Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and safety guidelines. Handle site visits and inspections as required. Drive company vehicle (2-wheel or 4-wheel) for project-related duties. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Licensed Engineer preferred, but not required). With or without prior experience; fresh graduates are welcome. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficient in MS Office and basic engineering tools. With valid driver’s license; able to drive motorcycles (2-wheel) and vehicles (4-wheel). Willing to travel and work at project sites when necessary.
